Physical injuries or sport injuries can be due to our own imbalances when we lack confidence self esteem or can be too competitive or irritated leading to muscle cramps, sciatica, tendonitis etc.. Acupuncture helps to restore and re-balance our life in a natural way without the side effects of drugs.

Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture encompasses the whole person and treats the root cause of one’s illnesses.
Working as a Mother, Teacher, Clinical hypnotherapist and having experienced the ups and downs of life, and my own health challenges, I found that ACUPUNCTURE was the one main alternative or complimentary therapy that put emotional, mental and physical balance back into my life. It amazed me how these tiny needles placed in ones body could subtly adjust those areas back into equilibrium, by unblocking stagnation built up, energizing and uplifting ones mood or reducing pain without the side effects of medication or just suppressing the symptoms for quick relief.
My fascination encouraged me to study Traditional Chinese Medicine. Twelve years ago I commenced my training in TCM, Acupuncture and Shiatsu in Australia and Thailand. One year into my training I had to return to Ireland. However, I was fortuitous to find an amazing teacher in Dublin, Dr Vincent Carroll, Director of Lansdowne College of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture. I studied there for a further 3 years to become a fully qualified Acupuncturist. My passion is to treat the individual not just their symptoms and to prevent illnesses occurring. Working in partnership with the patient to achieve the best outcome for their health and recovery.
